- Overseas shipments are sent via Post One. For overseas shipping, shipment fees shall be calculated depending on the destination state and automatically added to your account.
- Orders for the territory of Bulgaria are delivered by SPEEDY couriers. Orders for the territory of Bulgaria worth more than 52 EURO shall be delivered free of charge. The shipment fee for orders worth less than 52 EURO shall be 2.55 EURO for the territory of Bulgaria. The fee shall be automatically added to your account once you choose the type of delivery.
- All orders shall be sent within the next working day. The time for delivery for overseas shipping depends on the destination. For Bulgaria delivery shall be carried out by the end of the next working day in Sofia and within 1 to 3 days for thee country (some places are frequented by courier only on certain days of the week). If an item enlisted in your order is not available, you will receive a notification email.
- If necessary, the company reserves the right to execute the order within five working days.
